What is it?
A collection of truly meaningful projects that stretch the capabilities of participants and serve as a laboratory where they can apply new learnings in a challenging setting where the risk is controlled.
How do we do it?
We typically shape such projects at the start of a learning journey. The strategic projects run in parallel to the classroom sessions. Together these components make up the “forum and field” approach – a proven way to approach skills and capability building.
What is the value?
Concrete opportunities to apply new learning, faster and deeper learning, greater motivation in classroom settings as participants know that they will be using these new skills directly after the session. In addition, the strategic projects typically uncover new challenges that the participants can bring into the classroom.
