What is it?
We offer a number of assessments of personality, working styles including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Step II), Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument, Harrison assessment, Strengths-finder, Values Hierarchy, and the Leadership Circle Profile.
How do we do it?
The required forms are typically filled out in the environment of the client. We debrief the results in person or by phone / video conference. Typically, we conduct such assessments in the context of a larger engagement to enhance performance and flourishing.
What is the value?
Enhanced self-awareness. Deeper understanding of the differences among people in a team / group / organization and how this affects collaboration.
