How do we do it?
This simple paper-based exercise can be completed in 30 minutes. The results are tabulated once the data is submitted. On the basis of these data, we generate reports that highlight organizational characteristics, including outlier scores.
What is the value?
The resulting understanding of organizational health can help an organization determine how health can be strengthened most effectively in preparation for addressing pending challenges – e.g. a transformation effort.
