What is it?
An assessment of a leadership team’s ability to relate meaningfully to one another, exhibit self-awareness, be authentic, exhibit systems awareness, achieve results, exercise control, etc.
How do we do it?
We have the leadership team assess their own culture. We may also have other groups assess the leadership team. The contrast between “own assessment” and “others’ assessment” can be enlightening. We typically debrief the results in a one-day workshop where the leadership team builds alignment on what, if anything, they wish to do based on the results of the assessment.
What is the value?
Greater clarity on the leadership team’s strengths and potential areas for growth. Alignment on and commitment to a shared plan for how to enhance the leadership culture.
